📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed in 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave our hands. You’ll get tracking info once your order ships!

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. But if your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

👕 What if I ordered the wrong size?

We can’t offer size exchanges, so please check the size chart carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us — we’re happy to help you pick the best fit!

✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we start making your item shortly after it’s ordered, we’re usually unable to cancel or modify it once submitted. But if it’s within an hour or so, email us and we’ll do our best!
